We turn on an AVIAturn 35MY CNC lathe. The machine has live tooling and a Y axis, so a part with a milled flat, a cross hole or a keyway is finished in a single setup. Fewer setups mean less alignment error and a shorter lead time — and on a single piece that can be the whole difference between a job worth doing and one that is not.
We work equally well from a technical drawing, a 3D model, a dimensioned sketch or a worn part sent by post. If there is no documentation, we measure the part and prepare it ourselves — it stays on file for your next order. Every piece is dimensionally checked before it ships.

You send the documentation
A drawing, a 3D model, a dimensioned sketch or a worn part. A photo is enough to start the conversation.

A quote within 24 h
We reply with a price per piece and a lead time. If something in the drawing raises the cost for no reason, we say so straight away.

Turning and inspection
Programming, machine setup, machining. Every piece is dimensionally checked.

Pickup or shipping
Collection in person in Rzeszów or delivery by courier.

Do you make single pieces?
Yes — one piece is a normal job, not an exception. On a single piece most of the price is programming and machine setup, so the second and third piece cost far less. If you expect to need more, it pays to order a few at once.
What is the maximum diameter you can turn?
Up to 350 mm over the bed, at lengths up to 580 mm. From bar stock fed through the spindle — up to Ø65 mm.
I have no technical drawing, just a worn part.
That is enough. We measure the part, reconstruct the dimensions and threads, and prepare the documentation. The worn part always comes back together with the new one.
What tolerances do you work to?
IT7 as standard. Tighter fits are possible — tell us in your inquiry which dimensions are critical, because those decide the price, not the number of dimensions on the drawing.
What is the lead time?
Usually 3–10 working days from quote approval, depending on material availability and machine load. We confirm the date together with the price, before any work starts.
Do you take orders from further away?
Yes. Documentation and the quote travel by e-mail and we ship by courier, so distance does not matter — around Rzeszów you can also collect in person.
