The controller of your personal data is the owner of css13.pl.

What we collect and why

We collect only the data you enter yourself in the contact form or in a request for a quote: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the content of your message and the list of parts added to the inquiry.

We process it for one purpose — to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — conducting business correspondence).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to reply.

How long we keep it

Until the correspondence is concluded, and afterwards for the limitation period of any potential claims. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

The hosting provider whose servers run this site, the content management provider (Sanity) where your inquiry is stored, and the e-mail provider (Resend, United States) which delivers the notification to us — the transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data, do not pass it on for marketing purposes and do not send a newsletter.

Cookies and statistics

Until you give consent we load none of the tools described below and store none of their cookies — we ask with a banner on your first visit, where refusing is exactly as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of what we collected beforehand; cookies stored up to that point can be removed by clearing the site data in your browser.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which parts of the catalogue are viewed. The tool stores cookies in your browser and processes a truncated IP address along with device data; IP addresses are anonymised on Google’s side and we do not combine this data with the data from the form. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can also switch the analytics off by blocking cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

We use no advertising pixels or other tracking tools.

Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to third-party services for them.

We store the contents of your inquiry basket in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that the list of parts survives a page refresh. This data does not leave your device until you submit the form. You can erase it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to the processing. Write to kontakt@css13.pl — we reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
